At Kangaroo Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn garments with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect, we've made the exchange process as easy as a hop, skip, and a jump.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated shipping point; you will receive an email once your refund or exchange is processed.
